Our services

Bazalt Studio provides website design, development, and maintenance services for local businesses. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you, including its content and design. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search engine rankings or customer enquiry volumes). Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time. If work has already begun, we will invoice for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The Growth monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
